When can you do the work?
Our office is open 8 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week. Jobs can be scheduled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Which areas do you cover?
Wellington City, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Porirua and the Kāpiti Coast. If you are unsure about your suburb, include it in your request and we will confirm.
Are you insured and are your staff police-vetted?
Yes. All Care Solutions has $10 million broadform liability cover with AMI, our staff are police-vetted and we can provide our health and safety documents for commercial work.
What is your guarantee?
If something in the agreed scope is not done properly, tell us within 48 hours of the job finishing and we come back and re-clean it for free.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at no charge up to 2 days before your booked job. With less than 2 days' notice, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price applies.
Do you have a walk-in shop?
No. We are based in Lower Hutt and come to you, so please call or send a quote request.
Do you bring equipment?
Yes, we bring what the job needs. Exterior and carpet work may need water and power on site, and we will tell you if so.
